Course evaluation reports used for promotion and tenure purposes adhere to institution-specific guidelines and formatting, not available directly from the automated Anthology course evaluation platform. 任何这类机构特有的, 或自定义报告, must continue to be requested by email from 制度研究.

  • The begin and end date of the timeframe you are requesting data for. (The 教务长’s office only requires that data be included since the last review.)

All requests for custom reports should be made to 制度研究 via email at studeval@fcisaltproducts.com. Custom reports are any report not readily available in the Anthology course evaluation system. Custom reports are limited by data availability and the rules protecting student confidentiality.

The Anthology course evaluation system was adopted in Summer 2020. Data collected in the old system is archived by 制度研究. Requests for data including pre-Summer 2020 evaluations should be sent to studeval@fcisaltproducts.com.

学生 evaluations of teaching were evaluated under the VandalWeb system from 2003 to Spring 2020. Under that system, the following courses were not evaluated:

To protect the identity of students, reports are only released when a minimum threshold is met. 2020年夏季之前, courses with fewer than 5 students enrolled as of census date were excluded from reports. 2020年夏季开始, courses with fewer than 3 responses are excluded from reports and unavailable for viewing in Anthology. This change in response threshold occurred with the adoption of a new course evaluation system.

另外, faculty were given the opportunity to opt-out of using reports collected during the 2020 calendar year, due to the impact of COVID-19 on the teaching and learning environment. For faculty who opted out, these courses may not show on the P&T报告.

Anthology relies on data fed from Banner, that updates regularly. 另外, the parameters used to produce automated reports in Anthology are preset, 使用当时在Banner上列出的内容. 当需要自定义报告时, this is because someone is requesting a modified report and thus, 自定义报告(根据定义), should not be identical to what is 看到n in the course evaluation system.

对于P&T报告s, the academic year ends with the Spring semester. Summer course evaluation data, when available, is added to the following year.
