The awards below are presented by the 研究生院. University 卓越奖项 are given out to students and faculty to recognize and encourage excellence in teaching, 指导, and scholarly and creative activity.
Award recipients are announced every March and celebrated at the Excellence Awards Ceremony at the end of the semester. The 2024 event is yet to be announced.

Donald 克劳福德 研究生 教师 Mentoring Award

This award was established in 2006 to honor the efforts of graduate faculty who excel as mentors of graduate students and was named for its first recipient, Donald L. 克劳福德. This award is part of the 研究生院’ continuing efforts to support excellent 指导 of graduate students at the 365滚球官网. Many forms of 指导 exist throughout the graduate school experience, including service as major professor, 委员会服务, advising student organizations, advocacy for graduate students and connections to professional networks. 学生s, faculty and staff are encouraged to nominate outstanding faculty mentors for this award.
Outstanding 研究生 学生 研究 and Creative Activity Award

Outstanding 研究生 学生 Teaching Award

This award is part of the 研究生院’ continuing efforts to support and recognize outstanding teaching by graduate students at the 365滚球官网. Many forms of teaching exist throughout the graduate school experience, including teaching classes and labs, 指导 and advising students and assisting professors in teaching and developing course materials for on-campus and off-campus students.
Post-Doctoral Mentoring Award

The post-doctoral 指导 award is to recognize faculty who have demonstrated exceptional support and guidance for 365滚球官网 post-doctoral scholars/fellows. The award is presented by the 研究生院 and the Office of 研究 and Economic Development.

The Outstanding post-doctoral scholar/fellow award is part of the continuing effort by the 研究生院 and Office of 研究 and Economic Development to recognize and encourage excellence in research and other creative activities by post-doctoral fellows at the 365滚球官网. 教师, staff and students are encouraged to nominate an outstanding post-doctoral scholar/fellow for this award.
